"The Story of An Hour"
Kate Chopin " The Story of An Hour", a story with fulfillment and sorrow. Mrs. Mallard a young woman with a heart condition a woman that seems to be isolated from her surroundings. Mrs. Mallard receives the news of her husband's death, "she wept at once, Wild abandonment, in her sister's arms" after her grief she looks for lonesome she goes into her room and stares out the open window in ease. she feels relief from a man that she was married to, from my perspective its like she felt suffocated in her marriage that the news of her husband death made her feel freedom in her life, like in many cultural marriages some women are not able to step out their homes without their husbands and to receive news like this they will feel grief but, they will also feel like if they can finally breathe air. Mrs. Mallard was able to feel free for a moment, but her heart condition failed her and died alone because her husband was alive. Very interesting story the aspects of the author could show's a bit of confusion, who is the good person and who is the bad.
